Shipping policy

USA Orders: Please allow 2–8 business days for fulfilment, followed by an additional 5–7 business days for shipping.

International Orders (currently shipping to New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and UK): Please allow 2–8 business days for fulfilment, followed by an additional 7–10 business days for shipping.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

During periods of high order volume, fulfilment may take up to 10–14 business days. Shipping time begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.
